My Xmas stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the harbor. I enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant, and the cozy atmosphere of the lobby area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
There were some things that could be improved upon. The bathroom was poorly designed, with no space to put anything down.

the breakfast served on the terrace was simply delicious, with a wide variety of items to choose from. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the stunning sea view from our spacious balcony.
We did find the occasional street noise to be a bit disconcerting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city centre near the waterfront and castle. The staff was helpful and friendly. They always went the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and had a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the room was perfect.

The hotel was located in a prime area near the waterfront which offered amazing views from our room's balcony on the fifth floor. the room itself was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a nice tub. the staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier.
The limited TV channels, which were all Turkish, and the noisy street outside the hotel. although the room was clean, we noticed that the carpet was a bit dirty and could use a good cleaning.
